Dinner with the Artist

"Nikki’s Dream for Wellness and Education was formed to help expand the reach and vision of CREATE! by providing funds and services to those who cannot afford them and/or who cannot access services elsewhere. Programs and services will include community wellness and education about mental, physical, spiritual and emotional wellness and growth where people not only recover but thrive. It will also seek to provide therapeutic items for CREATE! as well as help with renovation and preservation of the unique building while providing more access to services for people with disabilities."

Join us Saturday, September 22nd at 6:00 PM for dinner with the artist with Aimee Cozza. Tickets are on sale now and range from $25 to $100, depending on the proximity to the artist. Seats are limited, so reserve yours today! Dinner will be served, with respect to vegetarian or vegan requests.

Aimee Cozza will be exhibiting her "The Traveler" series and explaining the concept, processes, and means of creating these works. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit CREATE! and the Nikki's Dream for Wellness and Education foundation.

Skateboarding will now be a part of the curriculum in phys ed class and Pour it Now is buying all of the start up gear for the school to begin participating in this exciting development.  Used skateboard decks have been transformed into amazing and creative artwork by such artists as Kevin E Taylor, Lisa Shimko, Ben Vinum, Janelle Riolo, Angela Colyer, John Pundt, Diana Lauderdale, and many more ! Thursday April 5 from 5:30 until 9:oo. Silent auction on these one of a kind pieces! Pour it now is a 501(c)3 so it's all tax deductible! My deck titled "Steven" is hanging there!

Traditionally, a "salon" style event was an annual exhibition of the work of living artists held by the Royal Academy of Painting and Sculpture in Paris, originally in the Salon d'Apollon in the Louvre in 1667. Today, we celebrate a "salon style" showing as an event where artwork is hung from ceiling to floor, fitting as much artwork as can be shown on each wall. All works submitted below MUST be high resolution for promotional purposes!

WHAT:
Anything. Photo, multimedia, illustration, digital, abstract, traditional, etc, any and all welcome. Unfortunately at this time we do not have a setup to support individual 3D pieces, but hang-able 3D pieces are definitely a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
Please have your piece presentable. Matted works are fine, but please, no single prints without matting. ALL WORKS MUST BE HANGABLE or else they will NOT be hung. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRICING:
The Steez takes 40% of all works, so please price your works accordingly. Works' prices will NOT be changed after submission is complete.

OTHER:
The Steez Gallery is a high end glass shop. If you are NOT comfortable with your works hanging besides pipes, please do not submit.
